What does success mean to you?
Traditionally success has been about pursuing the dream of a big pay check. But this path has also been found to leave many of us disconnected from a life of purpose and passion. More than ever we’re witnessing the desire to create a life with meaning and purpose that’s superseding the desire for a corner office.
Find the work you were meant to do
If you feel your in a stale career or unsure of the career path you should follow, this might be because the following things are important to you:
You desire a calling not just a career
That means a life that is full of meaning and purpose
You have your own definition of what success looks like
You want control of your own destiny with work that offers time freedom and financial freedom
You derive happiness from helping others
You want to do work that creates change and positively impacts others
Being an entrepreneur isn’t a means to an end; it’s a way of life.
In my career as a coach I work with an unprecedented number of corporate executives tired of soul sucking jobs, who are exiting their big work life to join the ranks of the conscious, heart-centred entrepreneurs.
The path of conscious entrepreneurship is about building a career where your head and heart are aligned with your personal values and purpose.
But it’s not just corporate execs who are jumping on the entrepreneurial train. Many youth are graduating from college or forgoing a formal degree entirely to forge their own path.
When I met Sara she was working as a DJ and music promoter, frustrated in the role of struggling artist and facing career burn out from a demanding lifestyle at the age of 25. Today she’s earning six figures in the health and wellness industry, an aligned passion she discovered on her road to recovery from her work in the music industry. By creating time and financial freedom she’s been able to pursue her passion for music and dance culture as a philanthropic tastemaker, helping to break new artists into some of the biggest music festivals in North America.
Growing an aligned business isn’t for the faint of heart. It involves doing work that’s an extension of who you are and how you show up in the world. This requires a deep understanding of your core values. The good news is, once you’re aligned with who you really are, you excel in ways that not only put you on a path towards personal success, but opens doors to create positive impact on the world around you.
Once you discover how you are wired for success you can begin build a life and career based on passion and purpose.
Self-awareness gives us the raw data to better align our actions with our essence. There’s any number of ways to do this work, but none are as effective and clear a pathway in my experience, than the Core Value Index. I’ve never witnessed any other tool so quickly and accurately reveal an individual’s innate nature and provide the building blocks to more forward.
While our desires as entrepreneurs may be the same, our motivations to create are vastly different. With every entrepreneur I work with, I have them take a Core Value Index.
Find out how you are uniquely wired for success
The Core Value Index is free and takes ten minutes or less to complete. It’s also the most reliable assessment of its kind with a 97 % repeat score reliability. It provides highly accurate and reliable picture of the innate, unchanging nature of an individual. If you take the CVI today, your score will be almost the same 10 or 20 years later.
The CVI takes 10 minutes and provides you with an instant online report.
